Dr. Sears is a licensed psychologist (Ohio #6272) who runs a small private practice in his office in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is board certified in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He conducts therapy and psychological assessments for individuals (children and adults), couples, and families for a wide variety of presenting issues. Richard is a full-time core faculty member of the Psy.D. Program in Clinical Psychology at Union Institute & University. Richard also teaches martial arts classes at the Dayton Quest Center of Stephen K. Hayes. 

          On a limited basis, Richard also performs consultation services for individuals, businesses, and non-profit agencies on a wide variety of topics, including executive and life coaching and development (which can be done over the telephone), strategic and tactical business planning, training and development workshops, mental health issues in the workplace, stress reduction, change management, and self-defense and security issues.

          Richard can also present on a variety of topics regarding Eastern Wisdom Traditions (meditation, mikkyo, Vajrayana, etc.) and the martial art of ninjutsu (the art of the ninja).
