Dr. Richard Sears is a licensed psychologist (Ohio #6272), board certified in clinical psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology. He runs a small private practice in his office located within Union Institute & University, 440 E. McMillan St., Cincinnati, OH, 45206-1925. He conducts therapy and psychological assessments for individuals (children and adults), couples, and families for a wide variety of presenting issues, such as:

• Depression

• Anxiety/panic attacks

• Relationship issues

• Bereavement/grief issues

• Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

• Stress managment

• Work/life balance

• Personal growth/development

• Mindfulness Groups for stress reduction, anxiety, and prevention of depression

Dr. Sears has also been trained to work with the Deaf and hard-of-hearing. Please arrange to bring your own interpreter.

Dr. Sears does not accept insurance, though your insurance company may reimburse you for out-of-network providers (check your plan). If you cannot afford the standard rate, please ask about reduced fees.
